General Guidelines
We’ve established the following guidelines to help ensure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of a refund.
Camping Fees
During Peak Season, we have camping fees that give you access to our most popular activities and amenities. Camping fees are $9 per person per day for guests ages 3-64 and $4.50 per person per day for guests over 64. For a full list of what is included in your camping fees, please visit our FAQ page.
Pets
Pets are welcome and should be under the owners control or leashed. Make sure you keep your pet with you or attended at your site. Please pick up after your pet.
CABINS OR LODGES
Let us know that you’re bringing a pet and we’ll book you into a pet-friendly cabin or lodge, subject to availability. We charge a $25 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet per stay( 2 Pet Limit). We do not charge a pet fee for campsites. Unfortunately, if your pet persuades you to sneak him or her into a non-pet cabin or lodge, you will be liable for $300 in cleaning charges.
RV SITES
While there’s no charge for bringing your pet with your RV please don’t leave your pet unattended outside or erect any type of fence or pen around your site.
AGGRESSIVE PETS
Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior the owner or management of the park will ask you to please find other camping accommodations.
Park
Speed Limit is 9 ½ MPH. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…Children are playing!
Quiet Time is 11:00 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Photos/Videos: Entrance to Jellystone Park™ at Milton constitutes permission for the management to photograph and/or video-graph the visitor and all his/her guests while on the premises and to use pictures/videos for lawful purposes without credit or acknowledgment to the visitor.
Site Occupancy: Only ONE (1) RV or Tent is allowed per campsite. Campsites (RV and Tent) allow for a maximum of EIGHT (8) persons per site. Please review individual cabin pages for maximum occupancy as each type varies.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any buildings at Jellystone Park™ at Milton, including cabins. If you are found to have been smoking inside one of our lodging units, cabins or rentals you will be assessed a one-time cleaning fee of $300.
Safety, After Dark
In order to ensure all our guests’ safety after dark, please carry a flashlight with you. No bike or scooter riding after dark.
Trash and Garbage
Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters. Charcoal is to be dumped in the fire ring at your site or cabin.
Ground Disposal
Ground Disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.
Sewer Connections
Sewer Connections are required by State Law and must have a tight seal by a Sewer Donut (or Sewer Ring) or a screw-type connector.
Sorry, These Aren’t Permitted
- Clotheslines
- Fireworks
- Firearms – This includes BB, Airsoft, and pellet guns
- Metal Detectors
- Recreational Vehicles – This includes battery operated vehicles such as golf carts, motor-driven cycles, bikes or scooters.
- Drones – For safety purposes, we do not allow drones to be flown in our park. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Vehicle Repairs (including oil change, etc.) of vehicles and RV’s are not permitted in the park. You may check the local for businesses that provide these services.
Swimming Pool
No Lifeguard is on Duty. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. Only bathing suits permitted in the pool, no cotton material permitted (i.e. cut-offs, t-shirts, etc.).
Visitors
Your visitors are always welcome at Jellystone Park™ at Milton as long as they register at the Main Office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at time of Check-In. All your visitors must register, pay day-use fees, if applicable, and leave the campground by 10 p.m.

Bookings
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Cash. Sorry, no checks.
Check-In / Check-Out
RV and Tent Campsite
Check-In time is 1:00 p.m. (EST) and Check-Out time is 12:00 p.m. (EST).
Lodging
Check-In time is 4:00 p.m. (EST) and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. (EST).
If you intend to arrive before your check-in time, please notify our office, and we will make every effort to have your campsite available. However, we cannot guarantee its availability until check in. We ask that you honor our Check-Out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.
Deposit
Reservations are paid in full at time of booking.
Minimum Reservation
During Peak Season there is a TWO (2) night minimum reservation for all cabins. Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day) require a THREE (3) night minimum reservation.
Site Lock Fee
When booking your reservation, we will assign you a site based on the site type you selected. If you want a specific site, and it is available, you can reserve it with a $25 Guarantee Site Fee. This fee is non-refundable.
Refunds
Sorry, no refunds for early departures. At check-in, we honor the period of time you requested for your campsite or lodging unit. Camping is an outdoor experience, and accordingly, we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.
CANCELLATIONS
*Reservations may be revised up two times before forfeiting the entire reservation cost.
Campsites
We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel SEVEN (7) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel SIX (6) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
Lodging*
We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel SEVEN (7) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel SIX (6) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
Holidays
We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
No Shows
Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (within the required time, listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies.
