WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF YOUR POOL/SPLASHPAD?

Pool hours are 10AM-9PM/ Splash Pad hours are 10AM-6PM during peak season from Memorial Day thru Labor Day


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY GUEST FEE?

Your guest Fee includes access to all amenities of the park i.e water park, pool, jumping pad and all playground equipment without any additional costs.  If you choose to participate in one of our activities that require merchandise there is only a cost for the items you purchase.


WHERE CAN I FIND OUT WHAT ACTIVITIES YOU HAVE SCHEDULED?

Download the Jellystone app or Campers app for free. It is available in the Google Play store and App Store.


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our Camp-Resort will fill up quickly!


HOW DO I RESERVE MY STAY?

You can book your stay on our website by clicking “Book Now” or use this url campspot.com/book/miltonjellystone


WHEN IS THE CHEAPEST TIME TO BOOK?

Visit us during the months of November through February and enjoy reduced rates! Please keep in mind, we do not have activities during the winter.


WHAT ARE YOUR PEAK AND NON-PEAK SEASON DATES AND DOES THAT AFFECT THE ATTRACTIONS?

Our Camp-Resort dates and availability of attractions vary throughout the season and are as follows:

  • Our peak season starts Memorial Day weekend and ends Labor Day weekend.

*Events, attractions, and facilities have limited availability during non-peak season.


CAN I TOUR THE CAMP-RESORT?

We are happy to show off the Camp-Resort and we do allow tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive.


DO YOU OFFER SEASONAL/MONTHLY SITES?

We do not offer seasonal sites.


WHAT ARE THE RANGER STATION OFFICE HOURS?

WILL MY RESERVATION GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC CAMPSITE OR CABIN ASSIGNMENT?

We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable $25 lock-in fee. If you opt out of the lock-in fee, you are guaranteed your selected campsite or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.


HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I HAVE ON MY RESERVATION?

You can have up to 8 people on your reservation if you are at a tent site or RV site.
For cabins, it depends on how many people or cabins.


WHAT CAN I USE MY JELLYSTONE PARK™ GIFT CARD TOWARDS?

Jellystone Park™ gift cards are applicable towards reservations, store purchases, or activities & amenities.


DO YOU HAVE RVS TO RENT?

We do not have RVs to rent at our campground.


DO YOU PROVIDE LINENS IN ALL CABINS?

Yes, we provide linens in all our cabins now! Bath towels are included with the linens in all cabins with bathrooms. Don’t forget to pack your pool towels!


CAN MY FRIENDS COME AND VISIT?

Absolutely! Please add your friends or family members to your reservation. Each additional person on your reservation will be charged $9 per day. You may have a total of 8 people on your reservation. We have onsite overflow parking for your guest.


CAN I PITCH A TENT AT MY CAMPSITE IF I HAVE AN RV?

Yes, you can! We allow 1 small, 2-man tent at RV and cabin sites (in addition to the RV at an RV site).


IS FIREWOOD AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

We have firewood available for purchase at our Ranger Station! A bundle of firewood is $6.99. To preserve the beauty of our wooded Camp-Resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way.


CAN I BRING MY OWN FIREWOOD?

No you may not, we wish to adhere to PA requirements and recommendations at our park. Within Pennsylvania, over 30 counties are under quarantine due to detrimental tree pests such as the spotted lanternfly and thousand cankers disease of walnut. This means that Pennsylvania prohibits moving firewood from quarantined counties to non-quarantined counties unless the firewood has been treated according to the statewide firewood compliance agreement. Regardless of the county you are in, Pennsylvania state authorities agree it is best to buy firewood near where you’ll burn it, buy certified heat-treated firewood, or gather firewood on site when permitted.


CAN I BRING MY OWN GOLF CART, MOTORIZED SCOOTER, OR ATV TO THE CAMP-RESORT?

For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles, such as golf carts, into Jellystone Park™. While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without refund. For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our Camp-Resort easy…and fun! If you have a disability, you can bring your own motorized scooter, however, you must provide documentation for insurance and have a handicap placard.


CAN I RENT A GOLF CART IF I AM ONLY THERE FOR A DAY?

No, our golf carts are for our campers with reservations only.


HOW DO I RENT A GOLF CART IF I AM STAYING OVERNIGHT?

You may book the golfcart in advance at the time of your reservation or you can let one of our Rangers know that you wish to rent one at your time of check in and if we can accommodate we will do so.


HOW MANY CARS ARE PERMITTED AT MY SITE AND MAY I HAVE EXTRA CARS?

You may have two cars per site, but each car should have a car pass hanging on the rearview window. These are given with your reservation materials. We do not allow extra cars per site because we do not have enough parking space available.


DO YOU HAVE QUIET HOURS?

We do! Quiet hours are 11:00pm – 8am daily. Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their campsite or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.


ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED AT YOUR PARK?

They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. This is a family-friendly Camp-Resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.


WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR THEMED EVENTS?

Good question! We have lots of themed weekends throughout the year. You can find a list of our upcoming themed events on our website under the “Things to Do” tab.


CAN I BRING A PET WITH ME? YES!

We are a pet-friendly resort! Pets are allowed at RV sites, but not in our playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings. Pets are also allowed at pet-friendly cabins, so please request at time of booking. For 1 pet, there is a flat fee of $25. For 2 pets, there is a flat fee of $50. Pet owners are required to bring a leash for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park.


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED AT YOUR PARK?

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. NO CHECKS please.


HOW DO I GET MY REWARD POINTS?

Your points are added after your stay at our park. If you do not see your points added within a week of leaving our park, please contact us and we will gladly help you.
